I've downloaded both the original and mirror file and dropped the files in the required areas. The tuning & db into the NHL 2004 folder and the .exh ones into the user folder. I can't open in NHLView and in game this is what I get. |

The files “NHL 2004 Exh.exh,” “NHL 2004 Exh.exha.tdb,” and “NHL 2004 OLExh.exh,” go to C:\Users\username\Documents\NHL 2004\DB\. If this folder does not exist, either create it yourself in your My Documents directory, or launch the game once so it goes to the main menu, then immediately exit. This folder should now be automatically created. The files “db.viv” and “tuning.viv” go to C:\NHL 2004\DB. Overwrite any existing files. Edited by Moonwalker, Apr 3 2018, 05:58 PM.

Do not create the C:\Users\username\Documents\NHL 2004\ folder and any folder inside it. The game will create it itself when you start the game for the very first time. |

Fresh installed. Did the installation.exe launched once to get the user folder created dropped in the roster files in and this is what I have. (also there is no way to exit the edit line screen you have to end the task via manager.) |

You did not install the rosters properly. Post pics of where you put the roster files. |

Any insights as to why this isn't working? These are the installation instructions that were included with the rosters: (1) Copy and Paste the NHL 2004 Exh.exh, NHL 2004 OLExh.exh (online exhibition rosters), and the NHL 2004 Exh.exha.tdb to your My Documents/NHL 2004/db folder. Say Yes to overwriting the files. (2) Copy and Paste the db.viv and tuning.viv to your Program Files/NHL 2004/db folder. Say Yes to overwriting the file. |

Concerning your screenshot (final.jpg) you copied db.viv and tuning.viv to C:/NHL 2004 but it should be copied to C:/NHL 2004/db |
