early in the morning here in the t dot...one thing I have noticed after watching my first coyotes games of the season in the playoffs is the hussle of Hanzel and most impressively of mikkel boedker. out of all the players boedker surprises me the most because his production is so low, yall think hes due for maybe a 50 point season next year with coach tippet giving him more responsibilities? |

Bryzgalov wasn't that bad outside of a goal he let in from the 5 hole. Brodeur made some fairly nice saves in contrast outside of the one where he passed it to Gustafsson which he actually stopped from one of his on the back kick pad saves but he let in the rebound from JVR. Bryzgalov was probably their best player in the 1st, after that the rest of the team got back and outplayed NJ but I think this is gonna be more even than the Pittsburgh series. ^ Yeah Hanzal's very good, I hope you or whoever mentioned it earlier now understand why I had his rating at 73, he's very strong on the puck and one of the better two-way centres. Boedker's always had good speed and hustle, he was known for being very fast and having a great wrist shot when he was drafted but Phx turned him into a dump-n-chase player so he'd just chip the puck in instead of using his speed but he's been more confident during the playoffs. |

Philly is a great team this year... great PP... great spirit. I really hope they get the goaltending in order. If they do, it's hard to see anyone beating them now... their determination reminds me of the Hawks 2 years ago. |

Yah I think it was when I was covering Buffalo, the first CPU team and at the time it was mid-season and I dont have the center ice package so i only watch leafs games and the odd ones on NBC or TSN. You are right though, i stand corrected, this is the first time I seen the Coyotes play (the playoffs) and he looks like a true winner, a team player. In fact they are all committed to the task at hand, very refreshing to see. I hate "drifters" like Ovechkin who pick and choose when to play. Anyways its a great series with Nashville who are also a great team unit, dont take no genius to see dat

I think Dave Hunter is doing a very good job showing the Caps' star players that they can only win as a team. And of course rookie-goalie Braden Holtby is doing a superb job in net, looks really confident and calm, I like his style! |

Always had a ton of talent - but have been a bit disappointing in the past, when he had the chance. But now he is showing everyone, why he was a first-round pick. If he picks up this speed and boost, I am sure he will do way better next season. |

I always record one hour after the game end in case it goes to OT so I only caught the first one, missed the goal dammit. I heard they hit a bunch of posts in that game. The TOI is pretty interesting to read Ovechking: 35 min Del Zotto: 43 McDonagh: 53 Girardi: 44 Staal: 49 Bickel: 3:24 Girardi missed some shifts in OT with some face injury and McDonagh took a hit from Hendricks in the first OT (I thought it was a concussion) so funny that they played that amount and Bickel playes less than 4 mins. |

Haha, I was watching the Nashville/Phoenix game on TSN when I saw an update saying they had finished the first overtime period. I was like "screw this!" and flipped to CBC. They said shortly before the second overtime intermission, one of the trainers ran to the local 24hr super market to get bananas to keep the potassium going in the players. I thought it was funny as well, I heard the announcer saying "The local metro train will make its last run at 1:00am". Had it gone longer, there would've been some pissed fans, and some stranded fans ![]() And as if Bickel only had less than 4 minutes in a game that took longer than 100 to finish. #fourthlineproblems hahahaha |

Bryzgalov's style is totally weird... he's on his knees all the time. He's been ok in this game so far though. Flyers was in deep trouble in the 1st... the 2nd period looks much better. |

And the flyers went down in OT... But the biggest surprise for me are the Kings. I didn't take them seriously, I admit. |
