Some of you might recognize me from TBN, where I am known as "nordiques". I've decided to show my addons here too, and I hope you enjoy them ![]() COLORADO AVALANCHE 2011-12 ALTERNATE JERSEY ![]() By the way, can someone please preview this in-game? I'm not that good with importing jerseys into NHL 2004. |

Here's how you do it. 1) Using bigGUI, open your jerseys.viv located in NHL 2004\gamedata 2) Locate Colorado's alternate jersey file (uni0072.viv) -There is a guide on how to find the specific team/jersey file in the Jersey Conversion Tutorial located in Tutorials 3) Extract that whole .viv file, and open it uing bigGUI 4) Export all of the contents to a place (I usually do the desktop) 5) Using FshEd, open your uni0072.fsh 6) There are 2 ways you can import your texture; -Go to [Tools] - [Graphic Importer] - [Open], find your texture (preferably in .png format), and select [Update] OR -Click [Edit Object Properties] (next to the 'X' button) - [New], find your texture (preferably in .bmp format) and select [Update] NOTE - For the second option, you must save your jersey as OS/2 24bit BMP format, or FshEd won't open it 7) Go to [File] - [Save] 8) Go back into bigGUI, and export your new uni0072.fsh file back into uni0072.viv. It's essential to click [Compress] and [Rebuild] after 9) Open back up your jerseys.viv, and import your new uni0072.viv file. Don't forget to [Compress] and [Rebuild], or else your game will stall at the arena preview screen. It's tricky to follow at first, but you won't have to think about it once you do it often ![]() PS - All these programs used can be found in the Needed Files for Modding sticky

Unfortunately, FshEd doesn't work for Nordie.

This is how I do it: - I use the Graphic Importer for letters, numbers, captain/assistant patches and helmets - I use the Edit Object Properties for jersey and glove textures I never get error messages when I use it like that. |

I did some new titlescreens to go with the ESPN interface (save these images in NHL 2004/fe/nhl/images2/backgrounds as title.jpg) Here is a default titlescreen: ![]() Here's a version featuring Ryan Callahan and Patrik Berglund: ![]() And here's a version for Avs fans like me: ![]() If you want a titlescreen with certain players in it, post your request in this thread or PM me

Been a while since i've posted in this thread, but here's an attempt at a possible home or alternate Minnesota jersey. Notice that i've removed red from the jersey and crest, and have brought in maroon as an accent colour. P.S. for some reason my name still says 'Nordie' in this thread ![]()

Blue elbow stitch Plus the crest looks too puffy, almost like its filled with air, remove the Bevel effect

The patterns on the crest are too heavy though. Don't copy layer styles, change things up for every colour. Fool around with layer styles, opacities, stuff like that |

I know what you mean, I was trying to give it a vintage-ish look. |

That's definitely an upgrade over the current one. The logo looks really nice on that jersey and yeah the vintage look does sort of work. Btw, nice Kamensky gif, was one of my favourites growing up. |
