Here is an article from 2009 on the %'s in the draft and what you should really expect out of your team's draft picks. I think most people over rate 1st rounders because they see a guy like Broduer or Forsberg being taken so late and say "10th overall pick must be a keeper".

This is a great reality check, I know I'll be needing this article as a Leafs fan lol
