Game #10 Tappara - Kärpät Juha-Pekka Haataja`s hatrick secure the win to Kärpät. J-P Haataja scored a hatrick against Tappara in Hakametsä. After V.Nieminen`s goal Tappara get the momentum but in 14:05 of the 2nd Period J-P Haataja scored he`s second goal of the night. Only minute after that he scored again. That was the winning goal of the game. Tappara got couple of good scoring changes in the end but T.Karhunen keeped he`s goal clean. Still, Tappara played well. Tonight there was just a one man who was better than anyone else on the ice. J-P Haataja`s hatrick was just too much tonight. But we can`t forgot Tappara`s Ville Nieminen either. He scored two goals tonight. A.Barkov`s rebound was an easy job to Nieminen. He`s second goal was a huge slapshot. Also Teemu Aalto scored a one goal tonight. Everyone know`s he`s huge slapshot. Tonight he used it well. Game #11 Ilves - Tappara Ilves suprised Tappara Ilves scored four goals against Tappara in Hakametsä. This was a huge suprise. Ilves continued their good season start. Tappara scored three goals in 3rd period but can`t tie the game. There was a sadly faces after the game in Tappara`s bench. On the other side of the ice was only a happy faces, that was a huge win to the Ilves.  Mika Noronen was a frustrated goalie after the game. He almost brok`s hes stick after the game. There was two cheap goals to the Ilves tonight. This was not Noronen`s night. But you can`t blame only the goalie. Whole team played like a sheep herd. Only in the 3rd period was good but when you allow four goals you make yourself a huge bridge.  "Ilves is good team. We can`t play like this. It`s the same who is there against you. You have always play like the plan says. You have be patient. Hope we learned this today" Jukka Rautakorpi said this after the game and then disappeared to the locker room. Tappara has the 5th place of the league. Ilves is one point ahead in 4th. Game #12 Tappara - KalPa Umicevic saved one point to Tappara, KalPa won in shutout After disapointment loss to Ilves Tappara faced KalPa in home ice. The regular time was tight. KalPa scored the first goal in 16:02 when Ex-Tappara Jyri Junnila`s shot suprised Metsola. Tappara got PP change in the end of the first period but M.Koskinen didn`t surrender. 2nd period was clean, no penalties. Tappara tried to tie the game but M.Koskinen continued where he left the first period Dragan Umicevic tie the game in 3rd period  In 9:40 of the 3rd period Dragan Umicevic tie the game. He got the puck in KalPa`s zone, shooted but Koskinen made a save but the rebound was too much to Koskinen. Game was 1-1. Both teams got good scroring changes in end of the 3rd period but no more goals. OT were scoreles so we headed to the shutout.  A.Barkov started with a goal. Koskinen don`t have any change to stop that. But then happened something. First Sakari Salminen and then Artturi Lehkonen put the puck behind Metsola. Tappara`s players can`t beat Koskinen so KalPa taked two points from Tampere. "This was a tight game, we got scoring problems. Atleast we got one point but you can`t be pleased because we loss the game. We have to play better as a team" Said Ville Nieminen after the game. Game #13 Blues - Tappara Two points from Espoo Like last time, the game went to the shuout. This time Juha Metsola were the hero and also Ville Nieminen managed to score in shuutout. Game was tight until the end. Two goals in 3rd period. Like last time Dragan Umicevic scored the only goal to Tappara in regular time. Jani Hakanpaa tied the game only two minutes after the first goal. Both team had good scoring changes but we didn`t see more goals in OT either. Chris Connolly had good scoring change in first period but Juuso Riksman made a huge save.  Umicevic`s goal. 0-1.  Hakanpaa tied the game.  Barkov scored again in shuutout This was second shutout game i a row to Tappara. Last time Metsola allowed two goals. This time he keeped he`s goal clean and when Barkov and Nieminen scored Tappara taked two points to Tampere. Barkov. Next game: It will be a tight game. IFK needs points badly if they want to battle for the playoff spot. Will play this one tomorrow. |

Going well... and especially if you play with +2 CPU boost. I suck too much to even try it. Being a lousy player is definitely a blessing... keeps it challenging.

Thanks for the comment trent! I set the +2 CPU boost because i have played SML much with +1 CPU boost and it was a bit too easy for me. This +2 CPU boost has been challenging this far but not too hard. |

Thanks Jedeash! Yeah, i dont know why but the +1 CPU boost was too easy for me. With NHL teams it`s different. Very nice! think i will love them!  Will download them right away. Thanks! Again.

Game #14 Tappara - HIFK Peltonen`s overtime goal sealed the win to IFK This was a tight hockey match between two good teams. Hero of the night was IFK`s Ville Peltonen. He`s overtime goal sealed the win to IFK tonight. Without Joni Ortio IFk would been in trouble. He saved IFK many times during the game. Juha Metsola played also a good game. The winning goal of the game was a onetimer. Metsola didn`t stand a change. 1-0.  1-1.  Kankaanpera and Liivik have a fight in 3rd period. Both players got a game misconduct penalty.  1-2.  2-2. Tappara will travel to Turku to the next match against TPS. TPS has two bad injuries. H.Pikkarainen and M.Anttila. Also N.Lahde is injured. Jukka Rautakorpi made one change to the lineup. H.Haapala will replace O.Palola in 2nd line.
