Two tricks I use a lot: PP: I use the overload setting and try to get the puck to the guy in the corner. Then I move with him back and front to make some traffic in front of the net. Then I try to throw a pass to make a one-timer just from the front of the net. I scored many goals that way. And I also lost many... This strategy works well also in a 5 on 5 play. PK: try to dump the puck behind the net to force the goalie to skate out of the cage. Sometimes he will make a perfect pass just into your stick ![]() [dohtml] <iframe width="480" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/LDdaGT3rokg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> [/dohtml] And for shootouts (+breakaways) - I try to make a deke to the backhand side and put the puck into the net when the goalie freezes for a second. You can see it here: [dohtml] <iframe width="480" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/sHZvjFUGkE4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> [/dohtml] I'm sure you can find your own way to produce some goals. |
