So hello maybe here are some Players of NHL 04 that can help me with the controls of NHL04,because its so freaking hard if you ever played nhl09,but 09 sucks and its way to arcade and in 09 its way to easy to score and win. In 2004 i freaking explode at every goal cause the Keepers stops even impossible things in the rebuild mode. So i would like if someone could do some youtube videos how to defend from onetimers(pc),defending, offense etc. The passing also didnt work that well in 04 .i hit the directing to the other teammates and pass but most passes get caught by the PC Ki, or they never go there where i want them to go. Yeah pls do some youtube videos!!!!! i won´t return to 09 Pc,but at the start of Gm Mode in 04 Rebuilt i lost nearly most of the games because the Pc Onetimers go in,and my Onetimers cant even hit the puck or the Keeper catched it. |

If you find the passing hard you can go to ai settings and make the game easier for you. Increase pass assist and decrease pass interceptions. Poke check button defends really well and blocks shots. You need plenty of practice to get better in this game. But eventually everyone have learned it... it's not just mindless 9-0 winning like NHL09. It's genuinely challenging and that's why it is so popular. Also, check this tip book out. http://nhl04rebuilt.com/index.php?showtopic=3774 |
