Help! I just got a new laptop after my old one fried. I installed the original game and all of the mods. I had no problem playing the modded game on my old laptop. After installing the game (with or without mods) I was not able to click on anything on the main menu. I tried to follow the tips on here and tried to uninstall IE 9 and roll back to IE 8. The problem is...my new PC has Windows 8 pre-loaded. It tells me that IE 8 is not compatible with my operating system. Is there anything that I can do to get NHL 04 up and running!?

Can you please link to those posts so the bad information can be removed?
