Hi VoD I want to import some organ music from NHL 98.Now these MP3 files already have reverb adn I want to place them in "Play Stopped" directory. How can I disable reverb only for this event/Direcotry ? Ideally only this event and the others keep reverbed. Events (* = No reverb): Interface* Loading* Intro Menu* Intermission* Goal Home Goal Road (Loaded from away team) Goal Away (If 'Goal Road' from the away team does not exist) Play Stopped Puck over (Or Play Stopped if doesn't exist) Offside (Or Play Stopped if doesn't exist) Icing (Or Play Stopped if doesn't exist) Net Loose (Or Play Stopped if doesn't exist) Two Line Pass (Or Play Stopped if doesn't exist) Penalty Home Penalty Away Home Win Away Win Tie Fight Period Started |

So you just want to disable reverb in "Play stopped" folder? You can find ditties.lua from ..NHL 2004\launcher\scripts\user\ folder. Open that ditties.lua with notepad+ for example. From the line 285 forward you can find the PlayStoppedCallback. You might need to do small amount of coding and adding variables to get it work like you want, but the fastest way is to replace the line 348 "Stream = PlaySong(Song, true, ArenaVolume)" with this "Stream = PlaySong(Song, false, ArenaVolume)". Although, this removes the reverb from goal, fight and win songs too. |

The upcoming 2.0 release has the option to disable reverb on a file by file basis by adding NR_ to the beginning of the filename. |

There's no ETA for a public release at the moment. It depends on how long the closed alpha test takes. |

We have already some wide gameclocks like NBC and Hockey Night in Canada for the modern mod and Fox for 90s mod but those are only for the launcher v1.5 and upcoming v2.0. |

This is discussed in the thread about gameclocks (deviating a bit on broadcast cam at a point): http://www.nhl04.com/topic/943238/1/ And, here you have the links. Try it four yourself: NBC : http://www.mediafire.com/file/g0af15xs4nb2o5l/NBC18.zip Hockey Night in Canada : http://www.mediafire.com/file/cvo18zkzbp0sirn/HNIC.zip cheers Edited by lepiney, Feb 12 2018, 12:17 PM.

Hello...i installed Launcher and it is working well...however, you have a file for textures and I was wondering if we can import jersey files through launcher...i Put a png file of a jersey and from then on, I don't know what to do to put it exactly for the team...Probably, i am using a wrong path here to do this but if we can do this with launcher, kindly let me know...thanks in advance for your answer. |

Hi It is not done with the launcher... You have to use BigGui to update the uniforms in the jersey.viv, but it is super easy. Download it here : http://www.nhl04.com/topic/938299/1/ cheers |

Generally, you can automatically inject textures by placing the .dds or .png file in the following folder and naming it after the .fsh ID (IE: VIDA.png). This doesn't apply to jerseys yet, but it will very soon. launcher\media\textures\inject\ or launcher\media\textures\inject\hometeamabbreviation\ |

Thanks both of you for your answers. i haven t figured it out for biggui yet...Try to change the jerseys and it did not work. I looked up for step by step instructions here but did not see it. Still looking though on how to insert PNG into a viv file. Unfortunately, it is not easy for me yet. If you can, let me know. Cheers!! |

Ok. You'll have to extract the uniform that you want to change from the jerseys.viv... so: 1. select it (eg. uni0032.viv) and export it 2. open it (with BigGui again) 3. you'll see 3 files (.fsh), export them 4. open the uni.fsh with FshEd (you'll find this software here too: http://www.nhl04.com/topic/938299/1/) 5. import the .png with FshEd (graphic import tool) 6. re-import the .fsh files into the uni.viv (compress and rebuild) 7. import the uni file into the main jersey.viv (compress and rebuild) That's it... seems like much effort but as soon as you get the grip of it, it is quickly done! cheers |
