Hello all,

*Using the NHL'97 mod
I wanted to know if modifying a player with NHL View during a season could potentially delete his stats. I had a bad experience in the past with other sports games and wanted to be absolutely sure about this before modding a player's in game name, face, etc. while in the middle of the season.

P.S.
BIG THANK YOU to all that have contributed to these projects. NHL '97 was a big part of my childhood and to relive it with this type of game play, graphics, and sound is truly amazing.
All that are considering I will tell you it is so worth the learning curve in getting the hang of playing this game.

Welcome! Yet another v2 player (1997 mod). Cool!

Modifying player during the season will NOT delete his stats. But when you modify an ongoing season you have include your *.sea roster file in the "secondary database" in NHLView.

Good luck!

thanks!

one other thing i noticed is that there are times before the puck drops during cut scenes where a player's head is distorted and appears to be much larger that his body.
Its not a big deal and I usually skip when it does happen but was wondering if there was a fix for this.
